Jordan Roundtree is a standout 5'9" guard from Tampa Bay, FL. She moved to St. Louis at a young age, because of her father's job. Basketball was all Jordan knew, she was exposed to it at a very young age. Her father, Bill Roundtree, was also a very dominant basketball player. In St. Louis she began playing with Ladue Middle School then transitioned to her AAU team, St. Louis Team Adidas. Jordan began her high school career at Parkway West, as a freshman she started on varsity and averaged double digit points. After her sophomore year, it was time for her and her family to move again. This time Jordan found herself at Kirkwood High School. As the summer ended and the pre-season began she received lots of interests and offers from many schools, but on October 1st, 2014 she committed. Her decision was not easy with top schools like: Memphis, Northwestern, Texas A&M, and DePaul; but Mizzou is where her heart was at. Not to mention, her father played for Mizzou Men's Basketball team back in the 80s. Overall, Jordan Roundtree proves that hard work pays off and in the fall of 2016 she will follow in her fathers footsteps.
